This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or returns may be processed for tickets purchased through Frontdesk’s online ticketing platform. By purchasing tickets, customers (“you,” “your”) agree to this policy.
General Policy
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.
- By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Eligibility for Refund
- Event Cancellation:
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- Service fees or convenience charges may be non-refundable, depending on the payment provider.
- Event Postponement:
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
- Technical Errors:
- If your payment was successfully processed but you did not receive a valid ticket due to a system error, we will either reissue your ticket or provide a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or personal circumstances preventing attendance.
- Incorrect ticket selection (e.g., wrong date, category, or seat).
- Issues caused by failure to follow event rules (e.g., late arrival, lost tickets).
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.
Ticket Transfer & Replacement
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support channel at support@frontdesk.my.
- Approved refunds may take 14–30 working days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.
- Any applicable transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways may be deducted from the refund.
Organizer Responsibility
- Frontdesk acts as a ticketing agent and intermediary between you and the event organizer.
- Refund approvals are subject to the event organizer’s policies.
- We will facilitate communication and refund processing but are not liable for decisions made by the event organizer.
