General Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the circumstances listed below. By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
Event Cancellation
- If the event is canceled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- Service fees or convenience charges may be non-refundable, depending on the payment provider.
Event Postponement
- If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
- If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
Technical Errors
- If your payment was successfully processed but you did not receive a valid ticket due to a system error, we will either reissue your ticket or provide a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or personal circumstances preventing attendance.
- Incorrect ticket selection (e.g., wrong date, category, or seat).
- Issues caused by failure to follow event rules (e.g., late arrival, lost tickets).
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
Ticket Transfer & Replacement
- Tickets are generally non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the organizer.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support channel at support@frontdesk.my.
- Processing time: 14–30 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.
- Any applicable transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways may be deducted from the refund.
Organizer Responsibility
- Our platform acts as an intermediary between you (the buyer) and the event organizer.
- Refund approvals are subject to the organizer’s policies.
- We will facilitate communication and refund processing but are not liable for organizer decisions.
