Eliminate Check-in Bottlenecks for Malaysia's Largest Events.

Problem:

Checking in 10,000 guests at once usually causes chaos, long queues, and frustrated VIPs at the entrance.

Solution:

We simplified the flow. Guests used a personalized QR code for a 1-second check-in. This automatically updated a Digital Lucky Draw system, ensuring only those present could win.

Problem:

Managing hundreds of exhibitors involves messy paperwork, manual payment tracking, and slow badge printing at the counter.

Solution:

We deployed our Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM) and On-Demand Badge Printing. Exhibitors managed booth rentals online, while attendees printed their own badges instantly upon arrival.

Result:

Administrative workload was slashed by 60%. Post-event, the system automatically sent Digital Certificates to all session attendees, saving weeks of manual work.

RESORT TRANSFORMATION

Modernizing PMS and Operations for Peak Season.

Problem:

Managing rooms across Agoda/Booking.com often leads to overbooking and manual errors in tracking boat transfers or tour rentals.

Solution:

We implemented a Full-Stack Resort PMS with integrated OTA Channel Management. We also added modules for boat ticketing, snorkel rentals, and POS systems.

Result:

Real-time sync stopped overbookings. The entire operation - from transport to POS - synced directly with their accounting software for accurate daily reporting.
