We are a Malaysian team that designs, builds and supports business systems, with the hardware and on-site crew to run them, for event organisers, venues, hotels, resorts and companies across Malaysia.

Frontdesk Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian software company with a showroom and service centre at Ativo Plaza, Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. We build custom business systems for companies whose daily work does not fit an off-the-shelf package.
Our work covers software, hardware and people. We develop web systems and integrations, supply and configure devices such as kiosks, scanners and printers, and send our own crew to set up and support them on site. You deal with one team from the first meeting to long after launch.
We start from how your business actually runs. Many of our systems began as a problem a client described to us: a queue at the door, a bill that never reached the folio, the same data typed into two systems. We build the system around that workflow, then connect it to the tools you already use, such as SQL Accounting, WhatsApp and LHDN e-invoicing.

International trade exhibitions
Self-service registration at international exhibitions in Malaysia
The brief: Large international exhibitions needed visitors to register and collect their badges without queueing at a staffed counter.
What we delivered: Branded self-service kiosks dressed in each show's own identity. Visitors scan their QR pass, tap Scan & Print and collect a printed badge on arrival. See check-in and badge printing.

Campaign microsite and registration for a charity sports tournament
The brief: A multinational company running a charity tournament as part of its health awareness campaign needed one place for event details, fees and team sign-ups.

Website and booking engine for an island resort
The brief: An island resort wanted guests to book directly online instead of by message and email.

The brief: A resort needed reliable devices at the front desk and at its restaurant and beachside outlets.

Voyage schedule and quote requests for a shipping line
The brief: A shipping service linking the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia with Sabah and Sarawak needed customers to find sailings and ask for quotes without calling.
